Sculpture Art At Hindoo Road

Wednesday afternoon, I went to Mustafa to do some shoe-leather research.

After which I just roamed around Little India a bit bit.

Lo and behold!

I chanced across these sculpture art pieces at Hindoo Road.

Brilliant isn't it?

I think we can do more of such activities on empty plots of land instead of those boring "No Trespassing" signs.

If I more entrepreneur, I would go sell ice-creams there!

    1. Joyce,

I think its good that Singapore is "loosening up" to appreciate Arts and Culture more.

No need too arty farty; keep it simple and practical so the masses can appreciate :)

  3. Hi SMOL,

I think it's very interesting too. Perspectives...from the human perspectives, trees provide shade. But from the tree's perspective, providing shade is an after thought. They want rain, and the rain is blocked off by the umbrella, lol

Human centric thoughts in an art work? haha

    1. LP,

It's so fun and refreshing to have you in the community!

Some people can't wait to "help" others achieve financial freedom just like themselves - as if working in our 60s or 70s is something to be "shameful" of...

While those who have found their ikigai are bemused with the number of financial freedom evangelists knocking on their doors...

When its just an after thought ;)

    2. coconut,

      Hey! You still alive!

Either this "honest" guy is bei kambing, or he is a very savvy wolf in sheep's clothes trying to "snooker" bargain hunters into buying a wrecked car ;)

    3. i own one of these monster, its really hard to sell when comes to desperate time, he will probably sell it at paper value only and that will be a bargain if you love one of these.

    5. i said bargain if selling at paper value but not in this case, sorry!

i will only consider at scrape value as many things can go wrong with the V8 and canverse that will cost a bomb if needed repair!

    6. coconut,

That's why its better to sell when we "can" rather than when we "have to" ;)

And if we want to buy "cheap", we better know our "cars".
